At TVLEB Digital Entertainment Services LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital products, our refund and return policy has specific conditions. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.

All products provided by TVLEB are fully digital. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Delivery occurs electronically to the customer's registered email or account.

2. Digital Products Policy

Important: Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been activated, redeemed, or used. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

All digital voucher codes, activation keys, and digital entertainment products sold through TVLEB are considered final sale upon delivery to your registered email address.

Refunds cannot be processed through WhatsApp. All refund requests must be submitted via email to refunds@tvleb.net

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If you have not received your digital product within 24 hours of purchase and our support team cannot resolve the delivery issue
  • Product Activation Failure: If the product code or voucher provided is invalid or fails to activate, and we cannot provide a replacement within 48 hours
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times within a short time frame (provided none of the codes have been activated)
  • Technical Error: If there was a technical error on our website that resulted in an incorrect charge

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Product has been successfully activated or redeemed
  • Change of mind after receiving and viewing the product
  • Failure to read product descriptions, regional restrictions, or platform requirements
  • Incompatibility with your device or platform (if specifications were clearly stated)
  • Violation of third-party platform terms (resulting in account suspension, etc.)
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support Within 7 Days: Email our support team at refunds@tvleb.net within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and reason for the refund request
  2. Provide Required Information:
    • Full name and email address used for purchase
    • Order number and transaction ID
    • Detailed explanation of the issue
    • Screenshots or evidence if applicable (activation errors, etc.)
  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Receive Decision: You will be notified via email whether your refund request has been approved or denied, along with an explanation

6. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion. This may apply if only part of a bundle or multi-product purchase is affected by an issue.

8. Replacement Policy

In cases where a product code is invalid or fails to activate, we will first attempt to provide a replacement code before considering a refund. This ensures you receive the product you paid for whenever possible.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We take chargebacks and payment disputes seriously. Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact our support team to resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your account
  • Blacklisting from future purchases
  • Legal action for fraud (in cases of abuse)

We maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications for dispute resolution purposes.

10. Exceptions and Special Cases

In exceptional circumstances not covered by this policy, refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of TVLEB management. Each case will be evaluated individually based on its specific circumstances.
