2. Services Description

TVLEB provides digital vouchers and digital product codes for entertainment platforms. All products are:

• Digital products requiring electronic activation or delivery
• Delivered instantly via email upon purchase confirmation
• Subject to regional or platform limitations as specified in product descriptions
• Non-refundable once activated (see Refund Policy for exceptions)

TVLEB does not process purchases, payments, or digital product delivery through WhatsApp. WhatsApp is used strictly for customer support purposes only. All purchases must be completed exclusively through our website.

All products provided by TVLEB are fully digital. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Delivery occurs electronically to the customer's registered email or account.

Certain subscriptions and vouchers may require activation within specific countries or regions. Region restrictions are clearly displayed on each product page. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• Customers may not attempt to resell digital products, generate fraudulent payment disputes, or request refunds for products that have already been delivered or activated. TVLEB reserves the right to block or restrict accounts involved in fraudulent behavior.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

7. Product Delivery

Delivery of digital products is completed via email or through the customer login area. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours during verification procedures. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact our support team at support@tvleb.net.

8. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been activated or redeemed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about exceptions and the refund request process.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or platforms (including Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, PlayStation, Xbox, and other entertainment services). We are not responsible for:

TVLEB is an independent digital product distributor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Netflix, Shahid, Amazon, Disney, or any third-party streaming or gaming platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

By using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including:

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVLEB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TVLEB and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
• Internet service provider failures or cyberattacks
• Third-party platform outages or service interruptions
• Labor disputes, strikes, or supply chain disruptions

In such events, our performance obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@tvleb.net to resolve any dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving your notice.

16.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be settled by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

16.4 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to our services.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

TVLEB Digital Entertainment Services LLC is a company registered and operating in Lebanon. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For international users: By using our services, you acknowledge that you are contracting with a Lebanese company and agree to comply with all applicable local laws in your jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with your local laws, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply with such laws.

Any legal action or proceeding (not subject to arbitration) shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Lebanon, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TVLEB regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

21. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also send notification via email.

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services.
